The Process

What Happens Next

After submitting your intake form, our administrative team will reach out to you via email with more instructions on enrollment. Here's what the process looks like.

1

Complete Enrollment Forms

You'll receive enrollment paperwork that includes detailed assessments of your history, clinical assessments, and general information. Our goal is to match each client with the best provider based on their needs.

2

Insurance Verification

After your enrollment paperwork is completed, we'll verify your insurance and let you know your benefits so you understand your coverage before your first appointment.

3

Get Assigned to a Provider

Based on your assessments and needs, you'll be assigned to a provider (or providers) who is the best fit for you. Your provider will then reach out directly to schedule your intake appointment.

How long are therapy sessions?

All intake appointments are 60 minutes to allow us to thoroughly understand your needs and develop a personalized care plan. Ongoing therapy sessions are also 60 minutes long.

How long are medication management appointments?

All intake appointments are 60 minutes long. Medication management follow-up appointments are typically 30 to 45 minutes based on clinical need. Your provider will determine the appropriate length based on your individual situation.

How often will I need therapy sessions?

Therapy is usually weekly to start, and you'll work collaboratively with your therapist to identify if transitioning to biweekly sessions is a good plan. Research has shown that weekly therapy is the most beneficial to start healing and growth.

How often will I need medication management appointments?

Medication management appointment frequency varies from client to client based on needs and clinical presentation. Your provider will talk about what they think you need for frequency, such as every 2 weeks to check in on new medication and monitor any symptoms being experienced, or in 1 month because no medication changes are needed.
