Individual Clinician

My Story

Becca works with a diverse range of clients facing challenges such as life transitions, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, substance use, and various mental health and behavioral health concerns. Her approach is inclusive, welcoming individuals from all walks of life, and she strives to create a space where everyone feels supported and understood. She aims to make the therapeutic space feel more human-centered allowing her to show up as an authentic human in sessions, rather than a blank slate. She emphasizes the benefit and strength to clients being their authentic selves, using personality & humor in treatment.

With over 7 years of experience working specifically with the Veteran population in low-barrier models of care, Becca has developed a deep understanding of the unique struggles faced by those dealing with mental health, behavioral health, and substance use challenges. This work further influenced her approach with clients and therapeutic styles she uses. Becca utilizes methods that are rooted in relational therapy, combining evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, and Narrative Therapy. She works collaboratively with each client to develop a treatment plan that is individualized, holistic, and centered around their unique needs, goals, and values.

Becca believes that you are the driver of your own healing journey, and she is committed to supporting you as you navigate the path toward a more fulfilling life. Her philosophy encourages clients to step outside of their comfort zones, build new skills, and make meaningful choices that align with their values and vision for the future. Together, you will work to identify and overcome obstacles, empowering you to live a life that is true to yourself.
