My clinical approach is grounded in compassion, care, and a holistic understanding of each individual's unique experience. I am deeply committed to promoting mental wellness through comprehensive assessment, accurate diagnosis, and the development of personalized treatment plans that address the diverse and evolving needs of my clients. Collaboration is a foundational aspect of my practice, as I believe that coordinated care leads to the most effective outcomes.

My areas of expertise include geriatrics, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders. I have the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan, ranging in age from 8 to 80, and supporting them through various life stages and transitions.

Throughout my career, I have remained dedicated to fostering a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment—one in which clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My practice is both mindful and person-centered, with an emphasis on building strong, trusting relationships. I regard this work not simply as a profession, but as a vocation. It is an honor to accompany my clients on their journeys toward healing, growth, and greater self-awareness.
