My Story
Patrick is a mental health counselor who cares most about providing a judgment-free and safe space for anyone seeking therapy. His diverse experience in outpatient and community behavioral health clinics has informed his strengths-based and collaborative approach to his clients. Patrick works with adults of all ages in setting personalized short and long-term goals. He focuses on cultivating a solid relationship with his clients through empathy, compassion, curiosity, humor, authenticity, and respect as he fundamentally believes that doing so ensures the best outcomes long-term.
Patrick has training and experience in using CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Solutions-focused Therapy, Couples/Relationship Counseling, Career Counseling, Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness, Group Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Culturally Sensitive Therapy, Narcissist Survivors, PTSD, Trauma, and Strength-based modalities.
Patrick strongly believes in seeing people as individuals, not as diagnoses, and uses a therapeutic approach that is client-centered, client-directed, and strengths-based.
