My Story

Life can feel overwhelming, leaving us stuck in patterns that seem impossible to break. Anxiety, depression, stress, and cycles of self-doubt can make it hard to move forward and live in a way that truly feels like you.

As a licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience in this field, I am here to support you on this journey we call life. My work is rooted in compassion, authenticity and a belief that real change is possible. My approach is client-centered and grounded in evidence-based care, drawing from training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Whether you are navigating life transitions, trying to break unhelpful patterns, or work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive cycles, and trauma, therapy will be tailored to your unique needs.

I believe growth, confidence and empowerment is attainable for everyone and have been lucky to see firsthand how life-changing therapy can be. I have always believed, appreciated and valued the healing power two people can create together. It inspired me to become a therapist and still does to this day.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I deeply value the trust, authenticity, and connection it requires. I recognize that you bring your own strengths and insight, even if they feel out of reach right now. In our work together, you'll find a safe, non-judgmental space to explore, build resilience, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
